Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of these terms

PrivySuite ("we", "us", "the Service") provides free, no-signup privacy tools at privysuite.site, including temporary email addresses, virtual phone numbers for receiving SMS, and self-destructing burner links. By accessing or using the Service you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What the Service is

The Service generates short-lived, disposable identifiers intended for legitimate privacy, testing and anti-spam purposes — for example, signing up to a website you don't fully trust, or testing your own application. Temporary addresses, numbers and links are public or semi-public by nature: anyone who knows or guesses an address may be able to view messages sent to it. Do not use the Service for anything you need to keep confidential or permanent.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• break any applicable law or regulation, or facilitate anyone else doing so;
• commit fraud, impersonation, phishing, or identity theft;
• send, host, or link to spam, malware, or malicious content via burner links;
• bypass security, verification, payment, or trial systems in violation of another party's terms;
• harass, threaten, defame, or harm others;
• create, request, or distribute content that sexually exploits or endangers minors;
• attempt to overload, attack, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the Service or its infrastructure.

We may rate-limit, block, or refuse access to anyone, and remove any content, at our discretion and without notice, to protect the Service and its users.

4. No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uptime, that any particular message or SMS will be delivered or received, that data will be retained for any period, or that the Service is fit for any particular purpose. Temporary data may be deleted at any time.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, messages, profits, or opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Because the Service is free and the data transient, you use it entirely at your own risk.

6. Privacy and data

Our handling of data is described in our Privacy Policy. In short, temporary data is automatically deleted after short retention windows and we do not require or store personal accounts.

7. Paid plans

Where paid plans are offered, the features, price, and billing period are shown at the point of purchase. Paid features are subject to these Terms. Refunds, where applicable, are handled on a case-by-case basis. We may change pricing prospectively.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the latest version. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator of PrivySuite is established [replace with your country/state], without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
